Jean & John

I was hired to shoot this gorgeous wedding by my good friends Rob & Liz of Pereda Photography in Northern VA. It was such a thrill to finally meet Jean & John in person, since I had only talked to Jean once prior to the wedding. They are such cool people and I know they are going to have a very long, exciting, fulfilling life together along with their awesome kids.

Jean & John were married at The Hyatt by Dulles International Airport. Jean got ready in their totally pimped-out suite, complete with television in the bathroom mirrors.

The Peredas are famous for their creative shoe-engagement ring combo photos, so of course I had to play.

They said their vows outside, and we took a LOT of formals.

Something I thought was really cool was how the flowers were made… they were homemade and each one had a different accent. The brooches are family heirlooms.
