It seems like I waited forever for this wedding, but in reality it was only a year. I feel like I really got to know Heidi over the last year, because we emailed each other so often. She is one of those people that really “gets” why photography is so important to us, and is always eager to look at and talk about pictures. I had a blast and took an obscene amount of pictures. I wish we could do it all over again!

We started the day early, at Tame Your Mane near Altoona. They have a dog named Diva who will sit in your lap while you get prettied up.

Some of her girlfriends were making references to 16 Candles while getting their hair done. (“I can’t believe this. They ####ing forgot my birthday!”) When we got to her parents’ house, it was still playing.
